1. Order Processing

All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

In case of stock unavailability, customers will be notified, and either an alternative product or a refund will be offered.


2. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across India, subject to state-wise regulations for seeds and pesticides.

Delivery to remote or restricted areas may take additional time or may not be possible. Customers will be informed accordingly.


3. Shipping Methods & Charges

Orders are shipped via our authorized courier partners, by Delivery/DatDC for pesticides Delivery/ DTDC transport for seeds.

Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, volume, and delivery location.

Free shipping is available on bulk orders above a specified invoice value (as notified from time to time).
4. Packaging & Safety Seeds are packed in moisture-proof, tamper-evident packaging to preserve germination and quality. Pesticides are packed in leak-proof, secure containers as per the Insecticides Act, 1968, and carry all mandatory labels and safety instructions. Each shipment includes batch details, manufacturing & expiry date, and usage instructions. 5. Delivery Timelines Average delivery time: 3–7 business days within state and 5–12 business days interstate. Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances (strikes, weather, etc.). 6. Restricted Products & Compliance Only registered pesticides approved under the Insecticides Act, 1968 are sold and shipped. Certain products may be restricted/banned in some states; such orders will not be processed. The company complies with Seeds Act, 1966 and Plant Quarantine regulations for all seed shipments.
